Affordable Housing Plan Aims To Keep Workers in Kerrville

The Kerrville City Council adopted a plan this week that they hope will help keep homes affordable. The plan includes nine major strategies like building smaller homes, using help that’s available from the federal government like the low-income housing tax credit program, and maintain the affordable housing that’s already in Kerrville. The goal is to provide more affordable housing so a talented workforce can afford to stay in the Hill Country.
