Familiar Name Becomes Medina ISD Athletic Director

The Medina ISD has hired a new Athletic Director. Cully Doyle was a standout athlete at Medina more than 25 years ago, and recently earned the job as the leader of the athletic department there. Doyle won an individual cross-country state championship in 1996 and was a member of the Bobcats cross-country championship team in 1997. Since then the Bandera Bulletin reported he’s coached at Burnett, Medina Valley and Hutto, and was the Cross Country Coach of the Year while coaching the Gonzales High Lady Apaches.
