Summer Meal Program Starts in June

The Kerrville ISD is joining schools across the country this summer to offer free breakfasts and lunches to kids. Starting June 5, kids can get free meals at Fred Tally Elementary School, 1840 Goat Creek Parkway. It’s part of the federally-funded Summer Food Service Program adn there are no eligibility requirements to receive meals, just show up. Breakfast will be served from 7:30 a.m. to 8 a.m., and lunch will be from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. between June 5 and July 11.
